The spa receptionist could use a crash course in customer service!!! Why were the complimentary tea and coffee charges so high? A bit of variety in the spa treatments wouldn't hurt either!!!

The room was very nice with a comfortable bed and well appointed shower room. the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making you feel like you were at home, not just a place where you paid to sleep.

I loved staying at this hotel because it was just a few steps away from the Midhurst Gallery and Cowdray Castle, making it a perfect base for strolls in the charming streets while soaking up the history. I found the staff to be delightful and attentive, adding to the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

I also found the lack of clear information about breakfast options frustrating. we stumbled upon cereal and juice in another room. The bar service could be improved, as it often took a while to get someone’s attention. On the downside, I encountered a noise issue from outside music events during my stay, which disrupted my evening. At checkout, I found an unexpected service charge which felt unwarranted given the service quality. while the charm and spa amenities made the stay enjoyable, the service inconsistencies left something to be desired.
